Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with MyFeeds. This policy explains how refunds work for paid plans (Pro and Business). The free version of MyFeeds is free of charge and does not require a refund policy.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a free trial — 7 days on Pro, 14 days on Business. During the trial, you have full access to all features of the selected plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary because no payment has been taken.

3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g., an email) to:

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note: If you explicitly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the digital content has been fully provided (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).

4. Voluntary Refund Policy (Beyond EU Withdrawal Right)

Even outside the EU right of withdrawal, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The plugin does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the plugin entirely.

Refund requests should be sent to support@myfeeds.site with a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. What Is Not Refundable

  • Change of mind after the 14-day withdrawal period (EU) or after the trial period (non-EU).
  • Failure to cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments that are outside our control.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date (unless required by applicable law).

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments and refunds are processed through Freemius, our payment and licensing provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Plan page inside the WordPress admin panel, or by contacting us at support@myfeeds.site. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur.
