These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MyFeeds WordPress plugin and the website myfeeds.site ("Service"), operated by Marlon Weber, Kirchheimer Allee 13, 85586 Poing, Germany ("Provider", "we", "us").
By installing the MyFeeds plugin or purchasing a subscription, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyFeeds is a WordPress plugin that imports affiliate product feeds from external networks and stores them locally in the user's WordPress database. The plugin provides a Gutenberg block for displaying products in blog posts and pages. MyFeeds is offered in three tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month or $249/year), and Business ($129/month or $1,099/year).
Paid plans require a Freemius account, which is created automatically when you purchase a subscription through the in-plugin checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The free version of MyFeeds is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, modify, and redistribute it in accordance with the GPLv2+ license. The free plan includes limited features as described on the pricing page.
Pro and Business plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions billed through Freemius. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Plan page inside the plugin or through your Freemius account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
Paid plans may include a free trial — 7 days on Pro and 14 days on Business at the time of writing. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@myfeeds.site with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. See our Refund Policy for details.
By downloading and using the digital product during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, provided you gave your prior express consent.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the plugin. When downgrading, your data remains intact. If you exceed the lower plan's limits (e.g., number of feeds), you will be asked to choose which feeds to keep active. Inactive feeds stop syncing but their products remain visible on your site.
The free version of MyFeeds is released under GPLv2+. Paid features, design assets, and proprietary code included in Pro and Business plans remain the intellectual property of the Provider and are licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Pro or Business versions of the plugin.
You agree to use MyFeeds only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including affiliate network terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of affiliate product data complies with the terms of the respective affiliate network (e.g., AWIN, Webgains). We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of imported product data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
This limitation does not apply to liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to mandatory statutory liability under German law (e.g., § 309 Nr. 7 BGB).
We strive to keep the Service available and functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress server — we do not control your hosting environment, server performance, or third-party dependencies.
You may stop using MyFeeds at any time by deactivating and deleting the plugin. We may terminate or suspend access to paid features if you violate these Terms, subject to reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich, Germany. For consumers, the statutory provisions apply.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
